Warranty & Replacement Policy

Overview

At GOADS, all assets are thoroughly verified and delivered in working condition. We are committed to providing reliable products and professional support to all clients.

Our policy is based on replacement coverage only. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

If an eligible asset becomes restricted, disabled, or unusable within the applicable warranty period, GOADS will provide a replacement in accordance with the terms outlined below.


Facebook Profiles

Warranty Period: 14 Days

All Facebook Profiles include a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.

If a profile becomes disabled, restricted, or otherwise inaccessible during the warranty period, GOADS will provide a free replacement.

There is no limit on the number of replacements provided within the 14-day warranty period.


Business Managers (BM)

Warranty Period: 7 Days

All Business Managers include a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery.

If the Business Manager becomes restricted or disabled within the warranty period, GOADS will provide a replacement.

This warranty applies exclusively to the Business Manager itself.

Native ad accounts contained within the Business Manager are not covered under this warranty and are provided as-is.


Agency Ad Accounts

Agency Ad Accounts are covered until the customer successfully:

  • Adds a valid payment method; and
  • Achieves successful advertising spend on the account.

If the account is unable to accept a payment method or cannot spend due to an account-related issue, GOADS will provide support and, where applicable, a replacement.

Once the account has successfully spent advertising funds, the warranty is considered fulfilled and the account is no longer eligible for replacement.


Facebook Pages

Warranty Period: 14 Days

All Facebook Pages include a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.

If a Page becomes disabled, unpublished, restricted, or otherwise unavailable during the warranty period, GOADS will provide a free replacement.

There is no limit on the number of replacements provided within the 14-day warranty period.


Warranty Exclusions

GOADS reserves the right to decline replacement requests in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent or abusive warranty claims
  • Violations of Meta policies resulting in enforcement actions
  • Issues caused by customer-owned payment methods, domains, creatives, or business activities
  • Problems resulting from third-party integrations or external services

All warranty claims are subject to review by the GOADS support team.


Replacement Requests

To request a replacement, please contact our support team within the applicable warranty period and provide relevant order details along with evidence of the issue.
