How to submit a bug report so our engineering team can investigate quickly.

Before reporting
Please check if the issue is already listed on our status page at status.goads.com. If there is an active incident, our team is already working on a fix.
What to include in your report
- A clear description of what happened vs. what you expected.
- Steps to reproduce the issue (numbered list is ideal).
- Screenshots or a screen recording if available.
- Your browser name and version (e.g., Chrome 124).
- Your GOADS account email.
How to submit
Use the Contact Support link in the sidebar and select Bug Report as the issue type. Our engineering team will acknowledge your report within 1 business day.
